Elle effectue un examen objectif, neutre et de qualité des normes de la marque et indique des mesures recommandées, puis communique les résultats de cet examen au propriétaire ou dirigeant du restaurant et au DPDA. Elle se fait une championne des gens, met l’accent sur la culture, les valeurs, la formation au moyen de programmes et de processus essentiels. Elle peut également être appelée à apporter son aide à la marque ou à des restaurants en particulier quant à une partie de leur plan de développement commercial afin de corriger des problèmes ayant une incidence sur la garantie d’une expérience parfaite pour le client. Elle devra apporter son aide dans le cadre d’ouvertures de nouveaux restaurants, de rénovations, de conversions et de fermetures de restaurants franchisés et d’établissements de l’entreprise. Elle effectue fréquemment des déplacements dans des régions définies, mais ces déplacements sont occasionnels à l’extérieur de celles-ci.   Responsabilités majeures/essentielles (inclure la part de temps accordé à chaque tâche en pourcentage lorsque c’est possible) - Évaluer les restaurants par rapport à l’audit des normes de la marque; effectuer une évaluation complète des salles à manger, des cuisines, du système de sécurité, des relations avec les associés, de la lutte contre les parasites et la salubrité alimentaire.   - Observer, évaluer et attribuer une note en se basant sur l’audit des normes de la marque, le relevé d’emploi et la liste de vérification opérationnelle préétablis. - Cerner les lacunes, les possibilités d’amélioration et les causes profondes, et communiquer les résultats de la recherche au propriétaire/dirigeant du restaurant et au DPDA. - Déterminer, diriger et élaborer des plans d’action convenus avec le propriétaire/chef du restaurant et le DPDA. - Évaluer les restaurants par rapport aux objectifs en matière de rapidité du service de la marque, et aider les restaurants à remédier aux lacunes décelées.  - Lors des audits, communiquer les normes et les ressources disponibles qui aident le propriétaire/chef du restaurant à remédier aux lacunes décelées. - Encadrer les restaurants et leur apporter un soutien en formant leurs superviseurs et en assurant le respect de la conformité à l’aide de la plateforme Axonify et du système RMS. - Promouvoir les gens, la culture et les valeurs en tirant profit des programmes et des processus essentiels qui soutiennent les objectifs en matière de talents et de formation. - Tirer parti des outils de formation horaire, de la plateforme Axonify, des normes opérationnelles de la marque et des ressources du programme de certification en leadership dans la restauration. - Signaler les principaux problèmes soulevés durant l’audit au DPDA aux fins de son protocole de suivi. - Se préparer aux audits en s’informant des résultats de l’audit précédent d’un restaurant et des mesures utilisées pour les feuilles de pointage ainsi que des résultats d’une évaluation précédente de la salubrité alimentaire.  Signaler toute mesure en cours qui n’a pas été traitée. - Cerner les tendances régionales en matière de lacunes et de pratiques exemplaires, et les présenter au DPDA lors des réunions régionales et celles portant sur la marque. - Apporter son soutien dans le cadre des ouvertures de nouveaux restaurants, des rénovations, des conversions ou des fermetures selon les besoins des restaurants franchisés et des établissements de l’entreprise. - Faire preuve de passion pour la restauration.    Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes - Études/titres de compétence : - Éducation postsecondaire (préférable) - Expérience/compétences/connaissances techniques : - Au moins 3 ans dans un poste de supervision ou de gestion (préférable)   Conditions de travail  - Le travail s’effectue dans différents restaurants - Ce poste requiert de travailler sur le terrain et de visiter des établissements dans une région définie 75 % du temps - Les déplacements occasionnels à l’extérieur d’une région définie, dont les déplacements avec nuitées, peuvent être requis 10 % du temps - Demandes de travail multitâche provenant de plusieurs sources    Compétences - Orientation client - Sens aigu des affaires - Aptitudes à trouver des solutions - Établissement des priorités - Gestion de la vision et du but d’une marque - Excellentes aptitudes de communication (écrite et verbale)
