Role Responsibilities:
The Senior Compensation and People Analytics Specialist provides analytical support related to Recipe’s compensation programs including annual merit increases and incentives, maintenance of the salaried associate database, job evaluation, pay equity, salary surveys and general compensation analysis.
- Maintains Recipe’s employee compensation database including the tracking of salaries, salary zones and ranges, bonus targets and payouts, performance appraisal ratings, transfers, new hires, and terminations
- Manages the semi annual salary increase process including the creation and distribution of salary increase spreadsheets, reviewing salary increase recommendations to ensure compliance with company policy, roll-up of salary increases for review and approval by the Recipe Management Team, and the creation of salary increase files for processing by the Payroll team.
- Executes Recipe’s short term incentive programs (STIP) for salaried Teammate’s. Responsible for the creation and distribution of incentive calculation spreadsheets, incentive roll-up for review and approval by the Recipe Management Team and the creation of salary increase upload files for processing by Payroll.
- Assists in design of compensation programs to ensure competitiveness with trends, practices and costs
- Completion of government, industry specific and general industry compensation and benefit surveys.
- Leads the job evaluations process ensuring consistency of salary grades and titles across Recipe
- Maintains and updates Recipe’s pay equity plan
- Provides Project Management support for total reward projects through their various stages to ensure successful completion and impact (i.e. Dayforce Module Implementation)
- Provides administrative support on data reporting to HR leaders and brand/functional leaders in the business (i.e. KPIs, employee data)
- Maintains all overhead people costs for the yearly budget cycle
Experience/Skills/Technical Knowledge:
- Post-secondary degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Human Resources
- CHRP or CCP designation preferred
- Proficiency with computer business software applications such as Google Suites/Microsoft Office including advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience using HRIS systems, preferably Ceridian Dayforce
- Knowledge of, and experience with, compensation principles and concepts, compensation analysis and consulting
- 3-5 years of previous work experience in compensation
- Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities
- Ability to exhibit discretion in handling confidential/sensitive information

Position Overview
We are looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer to join our brand team. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this person would lead design projects for Harvey’s!
Major Responsibilities
- Lead and refine brand guidelines as necessary.
- Be the design thought leader for the brand; and ensure that all materials, guest and associate facing, accurately represent the brand’s guidelines, book, feel and tone.
- Design all printed assets (printed menu panels, in-store point of sales, posters, banner, flyers, training materials etc..), digital menu boards, and digital assets for social channels, email, display and video/animation as requested by our brand, for multiple platforms and browsers.
- Design and manage all assets for download and usage through the Local Restaurant Marketing Toolkit.
- Work with the brand team from conception to completion. This includes following a briefing process, gathering assets, ideating new ideas and delivering approved creative on time.
- Present final designs to brand leaders and senior leadership with confidence and clarity
- Lead relationship with print and digital menu boards vendors ensuring jobs are delivered on time and that they have all of the information they need to successfully execute the full job.
- Other duties as assigned by the brand team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 5+ years’ of full-time graphic and motion design experience working in an agency or corporate role
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) and bonus points for Aftereffects
- Experience creating rich media assets including videos, GIFs, cinemagraphs, stop-motions
- Knowledge of web design process and best practices, including image optimization, responsive design, basic HTML and CSS
- Knowledgeable of all social platforms, sizes and aspect ratios for web
- Intermediate typography and illustration skills\
- Impeccable visual design, relentless attention to detail, and possess strong organizational and time-management skills and very process-driven
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and can handle a fast-paced work environment with deadlines, new challenges, and changing priorities with minimal supervision
- A team player with strong communication skills
