What you will do in this role:

- Coach restaurant leadership team to ensure consistent delivery on our promise to create connections with Guests

- Comply with provincial legislation regarding employment standards, human rights, Health & Safety and WHMIS
What we are looking for:
- Ability to lead an environment that encourages and fosters teamwork, creativity, honesty, mutual respect and lots of fun
- Previous experience leading a hospitality team with a proven record of achieving operational excellence and growing revenues
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage
- Proficient People Manager with coaching experience and the ability to listen and respond effectively to Associate and Guest concerns
- Ability to understand complex business metrics and Key Performance Indicators and recognize how they can be improved
- Ability to write reports summarizing restaurant and staff accomplishments and status updates

Role Overview
Process and upload invoices accurately and timely using JD Edwards. Review and validate RPA (Robotic Process Automation) invoices using UiPath. Identify, investigate and resolve RPA invoice exceptions. Be a key resource and support for internal and external A/P related issues and inquiries.
Role Responsibilities
- Process all invoices in a timely and accurate manner using JD Edwards software
- Review G/L codes, the approvals/authorizations on each invoice or expense to ensure that established guidelines, policies and procedures are being followed
- Validate invoices processed through RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders to promptly resolve problems and discrepancies related to accounts payable, vendors and invoices
- Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on any outstanding invoices
- Maintain and build positive relationships with vendors and other internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare listing of month end accruals
- Prepare and process journal entries
- Various administrative duties and general ledger reconciliations
Skills & Experience
- College and/or University education preferably in Accounting & Finance
- 2 + years of Accounts Payable related work experience
- Experience and knowledge with JD Edwards software preferable
- Experience with using RPA as part of the invoicing process is an asset
- Exposure to ERP implementation is an asset
- Strong computer skills including G Suite & Microsoft office: Word, Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Self-driven and results oriented
- Ability to multitask along with strong organizational and priority setting skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to interact with internal/external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Outstanding data entry skills with high degree of accuracy

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Culinary Specialist is responsible for the development of training materials to support consistent execution of the BRAND food pillars, the testing of new and enhanced recipes and products, and ensuring that inventory control information is correct and current.
What you will do in this role:
Work with the Corporate Chef /Operations Excellence & Training Manager and support:
- New and existing recipe and ingredient development
- Food Demos required for LTOs and menu launches
- Testing and creating recipes and plating for execution with new equipment
Work with the Brand Marketing Team and support:
- Photo and TV shoots
- Operational support for NSOs, Resales, Renovations and regional menu rollouts
- Maintain the brand recipe cost file, menu analytics and generate actionable culinary insights.
- Responsible for maintaining and standardizing recipes; regulate units of measure and procedures, analyze to find execution efficiencies.
- Coach and mentor Kitchen Managers in the field on Brand standards
Work with the cross-functional Project Management team to maintain the following:
- Accuracy with ingredients and depletions in RMS
- Efficient and accurate KDS routing and timing
- Up to date and accurate ingredient listings for nutrition and allergens
- Follow timelines as outlined in the RFC and the Brand workback schedule
Work with the Brand assigned Sourcing Manager:
- Catalog maintenance
- SKU rationalization
- Shortages and substitutions
What we are looking for from you:
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in a multi-unit environment - preferably in a BOH/Kitchen Manager role
- Knowledge of Quality Control programs (HACCP and Steritech - Food Safety)
- Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with areas such as Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, Quality Assurance
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Communication skills - Strong verbal & written.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to foster an environment of coaching, development and mentorship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Post-Secondary Education in a culinary program is an asset but not required
