Above all else, we believe in doing the right thing for our people, our communities and our planet.   Under the direction of the Head, Talent Attraction,  the Talent Attraction Specialist will lead the full cycle recruitment process of sourcing and recruiting talent for job openings across the organization. The TA specialist will also be involved in shaping the short and long term recruitment strategies for Recipe including planning, strategy & execution. Other responsibilities include metrics & reporting, employer branding strategies, campus recruitment strategy, diversity and inclusion initiatives and administrative duties as required. As a TA Specialist, you will assist and support Recipe’s People Mandate and complete tasks and objectives throughout the year. The Talent Attraction Specialist will grow and expand their experience and gain exposure to a variety of Talent Attraction related matters to support critical business initiatives. What you will be doing in this role :    - Ensure the best candidate experience, end to end, in the full recruitment life cycle process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letter stage and onboarding. - Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements - Proactively keep teams properly informed throughout the entire talent attraction process from kick-off meeting with the hiring manager to the offer stage - Schedule Google Meet interviews and debriefs for the team - Daily management of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure 100% data integrity - Identify and resolve roadblocks or bottlenecks, implementing and continuing to refine the interviewing process - Assist with sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter to ensure to a strategic strong pipeline of candidates - Support to plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high quality applicants  - Review candidate applications to evaluate if they meet qualifications within a position - Lead telephone interviews with candidates ensuring they meet the job qualifications  - Assist with the home office onboarding program development and launch  - Assist with building recruitment tools for hiring manager to adhere to diversity, equity and inclusion standards ensuring a fair and inclusive hiring process - Lead training calls/ presentations related to recruitment tools and resources for our brands    What we are looking for from you :   - 2+ years of full- cycle recruitment experience (corporate experience  preferred) - Undergraduate degree and/or college diploma    What’s in it for you?:   - Flexible/Hybrid work environment - You’d be joining a close-knit, innovative team of creative and energetic go-getters - You’d be a part of Canada’s largest full-service restaurant company that leads the industry in size and innovation  - 20% associate discount dining card and monthly dining allowance valid at participating Recipe brands - A welcoming, fun and safe work environment founded on respect - Career advancement opportunities with a company that owns some of Canada’s most iconic restaurant brands - Industry-leading benefits, wellness programs, and total rewards programs Recipe is committed to providing a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
