Reporting to the Senior Director, Ecommerce, the Web Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the online digital presence for all Recipe’s Brands. The ideal candidate will lead the improvement of Recipe’s online presence by managing the marketing website properties with a focus on analytics, online reputation management across directories (Google My Business, Apple Maps etc.) and SEO activities to increase rankings on all major search networks. The Web Product Manager will collaborate with the various Brand’s Marketing Leads to develop a roadmap and strategy that aligns with each of their individual Brand goals. What you will do in this role: - Regularly review web property analytics, traffic sources, conversion rates, mobile effectiveness, Google Page Speed scores, SEO scores and competitive rankings - Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Teams on a regular basis to ensure Brand goals are understood and tracked - Actively review and develop seamless multi-channel customer journeys to drive customer acquisition and retention - Work with Brand leads to collect feature requirements and collaborate with Developers to implement new features as required - Collect, track and report on all KPI’s to the leadership teams of the Restaurant Brands - Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing and organic search - Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization - Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations - Research and analyze competitor advertising links - Develop and implement link building strategy - Work collaboratively with the Development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code - Work cross functionally with Brand Marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming - Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keyword searches - Execute tests, collect and analyze data/results, identify trends/insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns - Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns - Test and approve site updates and launches - Work with Brands to develop ongoing content enhancements for digital properties  - Review store locator and store listing content to maximize effectiveness of organic local searches - Partner with Product Managers to implement, maintain and champion strategies, goals, performance metrics, key success measures and processes for the Digital Team - Review and recommend technology platforms, including CMS, analytics and SEO to ensure Recipe’s Brand websites and online presence remains best in class  - Ensure best-in-class campaign UTM tracking, attribution modeling and tag management to enable accurate reporting and recommending of digital marketing tactics  What we are looking for from you: - 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Web Product Management  - Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition - Proven SEO experience with a focus on winning local search - In-depth experience with website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, GA360, Adobe Analytics etc.) - Bonus points for experience with digital ad tech platforms and concepts (i.e. ad exchanges, DSP, first and third party cookies, trading desks, etc.) - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and platforms like Google Optimize, Optimizely - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints - Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM - Bonus points for experience with web CMS platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Manager - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team and foster a cooperative work environment - Excellent interpersonal, customer service, leadership, motivational and team building skills - Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders     What’s in it for you?: - You’d be joining a close-knit, innovative team of creative and energetic go-getters - You’d be a part of Canada’s largest full-service restaurant company that leads the industry in size and innovation  - 20% associate discount dining card and monthly dining allowance valid at participating Recipe brands - A welcoming, fun and safe work environment founded on respect - Career advancement opportunities with a company that owns some of Canada’s most iconic restaurant brands - Industry-leading benefits, wellness programs, and total rewards programs Recipe is committed to providing a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
